Integrative Psychodynamic Counsellor and Relational Therapist

I am an integrative psychodynamic counsellor and relational therapist. I work with individuals and couples over 18 who may be overwhelmed, or facing big life decisions – whether in relationships, careers, or being stuck with something.

Many of the people I support are carrying the weight of past trauma, adverse childhood experiences, or challenging relationships, and are ready to explore what’s holding them back in a safe, compassionate space.

I offer face-to-face therapy in the following locations:

  • Oru Space, Sutton

  • Church Street, Reigate, Surrey

Guiding Change, Building Confidence

In-Person and Online Sessions Available

My approach is to work with you by looking at what has happened and how its affecting you now. Why you feel the way you do and what changes you’d like to make and I tailor the therapy to you, as every person is unique. I can help you understand what has happened and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried under childhood trauma, shame, or past experiences.

If you’d like to find out how things can change, and how I can help you achieve the changes you want, please get in touch to arrange a free consultation. When you work with me, you'll discover that I never judge your life experiences.

What Counselling Does

From my own life experiences, I've learned that things don't always go as planned. Knowing this helps me to build empathy and understanding when working with you.

Counselling can help you figure out what's happening in your life and how to manage it or change it.

Successful counselling is built on an effective therapeutic relationship. I build that relationship by treating everything we talk about as confidential. I’m honest, genuine, respectful and non-judgmental.

My Approach To Counselling

My approach is non-judgemental and insight-driven, helping you understand how past experiences may be impacting your life today – and more importantly, what you can do to move forward.

As an integrative psychodynamic therapist, what happens in counselling is to help you connect past experiences with present-day struggles – not to stay stuck in the past, but to understand how it influences your current relationships, emotions, and decisions.
